Digital Downloads
Digital products (music, downloads, and exclusive content) are delivered instantly via email or through your account upon purchase confirmation. No physical shipment is involved. If you don't receive your download link within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Physical Merchandise
Our merchandise is made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please allow time for both production and shipping.
- Processing time: 3–7 business days (items are printed after your order is placed)
- Standard shipping (US): 5–10 business days after fulfillment
- Expedited shipping (US): 2–4 business days after fulfillment (where available)
- International shipping: 10–21 business days after fulfillment
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Bani Boss® is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Orders
